Amanda was born & raised in SoCal, where she also developed an enjoyment of fishing and a love of walking the beaches for shells, which she uses in another favorite hobby, crafts & jewelry making.
When not at La Palma Vet she is mostly at home with her dog named 'P-Nut' who sometimes gets to come to work to say hi to everyone. She also has a tortoiseshell cat named 'Sassy.' The most recent addition is a Siamese named 'Minou,' born in her backyard.
